We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours & up to 3 days on orders below £40. If the ordering date falls over the weekend / Bank holidays, There will be a delay. Also, Postal/Courier delivery failure is out of Chimney Rod's Direct control. * 24hr Delivery is for an order(s) of £40 & over. Under £40 items will be sent via recoded delivery through Royal Mail 2nd class. Free delivery is offered to UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Zones2 & 3
